Do I need an appointment to just come in and browse?
Our boutiques are by appointment only. Every dress can be made in different colors and fabrics, and sometimes different lengths, so you will need a salesperson's attention and expertise to guide you through the dresses. Also, our dressing room space is limited, especially on weekends.

To make an appointment, please see the Locations page of this website to find the phone number or email for the store location in which you would like to make an appointment. Let us know your name and wedding date, and give us your preferred appointment dates and times.. Saturdays book up fast, so be sure and call at least a week in advance.

Each appointment is for one hour. You will have a dressing room and someone's attention during that hour. An hour is usually enough time to see all of our colletions, have one of your girls try on several dresses, and discuss pricing and timing. However, there are a few things we ask of you, in order to maximize your time with us.

Please do not bring more than three people with you on your first appointment. We recommend coming in the first time with one or two trusted decision-makers, narrowing down to two or three favorite dresses, and then bringing everyone else for your second appointment. Trust us, a lot of opinions on your first appointment can get really frustrating and counter-productive.

  • Please turn off your cell phones.
  • No drinks or food please.
  • Our space is not a good place for babies and children. We don't have room for strollers, and there are too many sharp objects for children to hurt themselves on, and expensive fabrics for them to ruin!

We look forward to seeing you soon!

How long do your dresses take to order?
It depends on the designer, but usually 10-12 weeks for production. You should assume that your bridesmaids will need some alterations, as the dresses are ordered on a size chart, so aim to get the dresses in about a month before your wedding. So, a four-month lead time is ideal. If your wedding is in less than three months, it is considered a rush order. Most designers can accommodate a rush order for a fee of 15-20% of the price of the dress. Please give us a call and we can explain the rush process.

What if I have bridesmaids all over the country, and overseas?
Good for you for having jet-setting friends! We can certainly accommodate your out-of-the-area bridesmaids. At the very least, the websites are designed as catalogues, so if all else fails, they can use the website as a guide for styles, colors, and sizing.

Do you carry any bridal gowns?
We do not have any lines of traditional bridal gowns, but some of our boutiques do carry a small selection of simple wedding dresses which are perfect for someone looking for a low-key alternative to a traditional bridal gown. Also, most of our bridesmaids dresses can be done in shades of white and ivory for a less formal bridal option. If you want something less traditional, it is definitely worth coming in to take a look. Contact your local Bella Bridesmaid boutique for more information.

Do you have a sample of every dress from every designer?
In short, no. We try to keep our average price range in between $200 and $450, and it would be impossible for us to have a sample of every dress from all of our designers. If you'd like to see one dress in particular, please let us know when you make your appointment.

Do you offer fittings and measurements for other Bella Bridesmaid boutiques and designers?
It is at the discretion of each Bella Bridesmaid boutique as to whether they can provide measurements for your bridesmaids. Please remember, there are over 20 Bella Bridesmaid stores nationwide and we each carry many different designers, so this is not only possible as it wouldn't leave time for our individual customers! Please contact your local Bella Bridesmaid store for more info.
